Order Processing: We process and ship your products as soon as we receive your cleared payment. All orders will be dispatched from our inventory to our courier partners within two (2) working days.
Estimated Delivery: Once dispatched, we estimate it will take 2 to 8 working days for your order to be delivered to your address. Please note that these timelines are estimates and not guarantees.
Third-Party Liability: Once we hand your order over to our courier partners, Green World Online is not liable for any shipping delays, transit disruptions, or damages caused during the delivery process. All transit issues must be resolved directly with the courier service.
5. Returns and Refunds

7-Day Window: We accept returns of unopened products within seven (7) days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, sealed, and undamaged packaging.
Refund Policy: If your return is accepted and received within the 7-day window, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Shipping Charges: All return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Green World Online is not liable for, and will not cover, any return shipping costs.
Customer Ordering Responsibility: Customers must double-check their shopping cart before checking out to ensure they select the correct products. Because we operate as an independent reseller, we cannot be held responsible for ordering mistakes made by the client.
